Crust
- 1 Cup (125g) All-purpose flour
- 1 Tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tsp Kosher salt
- ⅛ Tsp Black pepper
- 2 Large eggs, room temperature
- ⅔ Cup (163g) Whole milk, room temperature
Topping
- 1 Cup (5 Ounces) Pepperoni slices, about 75 slices
- 1 Cup (257g) Pizza sauce
- 2 Cups (113g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Parsley, optional for garnish
Set the oven rack to the lowest setting. Turn the oven on to 425°F. A 10 x 15-inch baking pan with a rim should be lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix the flour, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a big basin. Mix until incorporated.
Make sure the batter covers the bottom of the baking pan evenly when you pour it into it.
Add pepperoni on top, then bake for 20 minutes.
Add the mozzarella cheese and sauce on top. Continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and hot and the crust is golden brown.
If preferred, top with parsley before slicing and serving hot.
