- 1 Large avocado
- ½ Medium lime, juiced, (about 1 tablespoon)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 Medium jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced (about ½ cup)
- 1½ Tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Kosher salt
- ¼ Tsp Black pepper
- ½ Cup (115g) Sour cream
Add the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeños, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, and sour cream to a food processor or blender.
Blend until it's smooth. Until it's time to serve, chill.
