MASTER MIX RECIPE
About ten quart-sized mixes can be made from a single master mix. Don't forget to explore every possible combination!
Ingredients
- 9 cups all purpose our
- 1 1/4 cups powdered whole eggs
- cup buttermilk powder
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 cups powdered butter
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and whisk to mix well. Until you're ready to use it, keep it in an airtight container.
