Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1½  Tsp Ground cardamom
  • Tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1½  Tsp Ground coriander
  • Tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ½  Tsp Ground cloves
  • ½ Tsp Ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk with a fine whisk to mix well.
  • For up to six months, store in a cold, dry place after transferring to an airtight container.
