Fill the bowl of a blender with the garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, oil, and some or all of the peppers, along with the sauce. Blend until smooth. Add to the soup after pureeing until smooth. One or two peppers can be used as a starting point, or more if you're a big spice fan. Don't waste any!
