Coconut Pineapple Cookies

Coconut Pineapple Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups Master mix recipe below
- 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Diced dried pineapple
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add 1/4 cup water and stir.
- Roll out 2 tablespoons of dough at a time into a ball and arrange 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- For 15 to 17 minutes, bake. Allow to cool fully on the pan.

- 1 1/4 cups powdered whole eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk powder
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 cups powdered butter
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and whisk to mix well. Until you're ready to use it, keep it in an airtight container.
