How to Prepare Monkey Bread with Chicken Alfredo
If you use store-bought ingredients, making this pull-apart bread is a breeze. Cut the pizza dough into 1/2-inch pieces and roll each into a ball to begin. Put the pizza dough balls in a big bowl.
Add garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, half a cup of mozzarella cheese, and half a cup of parmesan cheese to the bowl of pizza dough balls. Use your hands to coat the dough balls with the ingredients. When the dough balls are prepared, it’s time to bake and layer the bread.
Place half a cup of mozzarella and parmesan cheese, half of the covered pizza dough balls, half of the rotisserie chicken, and half of the alfredo sauce in a sprayed sundt pan. Next, cover with more Alfredo sauce, the remaining pizza dough balls, the remaining chicken, half a cup of mozzarella, and half a cup of parmesan. Finally, sprinkle the remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over everything.
Bake the Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown. After taking the bread out of the oven, carefully turn the bundt pan onto a big tray or plate. Before serving, allow the bread to cool for a few minutes. It’s a tasty appetizer to provide.
