Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Master mix recipe below
- 1 Cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Diced freeze-dried apples
- 1/2 Cup Chopped walnuts
- Caramel squares
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Stir in 1/4 cup water.
- Working with 2 tablespoons of dough at a time, roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet 2- inches apart.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely on pan.
- Melt caramel according to package instructions and drizzle on the cookies.
